Minimizing the Ambiental impact, some material as oil and cleaning products are conditioned and collected for a specialized compony with attends to the environmental requirements. The machined materials chip is separated and saved, been collected by a recycling company.

Always thinking about the employees and customers well-being, Pierini Redutores has a recreation area of 180m² annexed at the factory. The company also have a football field to provide integration between the Pierini Redutores team and their clients, which one can enjoy a comfortable recreation area, involved with nature.
